This company was founded by Arlyn Fillmore while working as an operating room nurse.  As a highly skilled nurse for over two decades and with so much experience in the field of OR nursing, she thought of extending her expertise outside of bedside nursing care.

As a professional OR nurse with more than two decades of experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, Arlyn also holds a specialty title certification in the OR.  This means that she has the strongest knowledge in the standards of care in the Operating Room. She knows very well the flow process when a patient is being wheeled from pre-op into the operating room for a surgical procedure until they go to post anesthesia care unit to recover.

Being the expert, she will save you time and money in reviewing the medical records.  Her expertise in analyzing electronic medical records and audit trails will help you sort out critical details that will greatly impact your legal approach. She aims to seek long term relationships with attorney-clients and always strive for customer satisfaction through seeking feedback at every stage of her work.

To accommodate your needs, Arlyn is licensed in California and Ohio and also carries a multi-state compact RN license. She currently practices as an operating room circulating nurse in the state of Ohio.
